Return and Refund Policy
At **Off Road Connection Parts**, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we've established a clear policy to help you in case you need to return a product.
1. Return Period
We offer a **7-day return policy**. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied or if you received an incorrect part.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received (Unused/Uninstalled).
- Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Show no signs of installation, wear, or damage.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the case of **Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect items (Wrong Part Shipped)**, Off Road Connection Parts will bear the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the part and packaging.
4. Change of Mind / Customer Error
If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, you can still return it within 7 days. In such cases:
- The customer is responsible for the **Return Shipping Fees**.
- A **10% Restocking Fee** may apply to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
- Electrical components (Sensors, ECUs, modules) once installed or if the seal is broken.
- Custom-ordered parts specifically brought in for a customer.
- Items showing signs of tool marks or grease.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2-3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your **original payment method (original bank account/card)** within **5-7 business days**.
